1. Who you are?
Varnacrafts is a marketing company for Women's Industrial School, India that specializes mainly in Cross-stitch and other handicraft works.

2. What is your Shipping Policy?
  • We offer free shipping on all products for India delivery and International deliveries on few condition, kindly see our shipping information.
  • Processing the order normally takes between 1-2 week because we hand design and customize the design and products to your requirements once the order is placed and then shipping to your destination takes normally takes 6-8 working days.
  • We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.
  • Once the item/s are shipped, we will send you an email notification containing the list of ordered item/s and shipping details.
 
3. What is your product return Policy?
Varnacrafts will replace the product holding the handling charges 20% which we incur, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Exchanges or returns must be made within 4 days of receipt your order. Once we receive the returned goods, we will ship your replacement free of cost or issue a refund holding 20% for the cost of the goods. Shipping charges if any will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to Indian address. Important the product shouldn’t be in used condition.

4. What is your Delivery Time?
All of Varnacrafts orders are shipped from Bangalore, India to your provided shipping address. Processing the order and shipping normally takes 1-2 weeks and 6-8 working days to reach you by courier.
 
5. Do I have to pay customs/import duties?
The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. If you are presented with an invoice from shipping company for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay to the shipping company directly at the time of delivery.
 
6. What is your liability?
Every effort will be made to deliver the product you have ordered as per your required delivery date. In the unlikely event of late delivery / non-delivery of the product, our liability is restricted to the order value.
 
7. Do you deliver to PO Box addresses and military addresses?
We would request to not to mention your shipping address as a PO Box address or any military address. Our shippers have faced a lot of problems specifically delivering to these two types of address. If possible, do send us a non- PO Box/non-military shipping address. We would also request you, if possible, not to send us a business shipping address. Our experience suggests that residential addresses have a lower chance of attracting customs/import charges.
 
8. What is your Privacy Policy?
Varnacrafts is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customer’s personal data. Information furnished by you while placing an order is used exclusively for the purpose of execution of the order or communication with the customer. We do not distribute or sell customer data. 9. How to track my Order?
Once the items are shipped, we will send you an email notification containing the list of ordered item/s and the shipping tracking number/s.
 
10. Can I change my Order?
Yes, you can change your order subject to availability of the items you would like to replace your order with. We would like you to inform us of any changes in your order immediately after you place your order. Once we receive your order, we send a confirmatory e-mail with links to image (s) of the product you have ordered. We start designing the products once the order is placed, you can change the order any time on the manufacturing process, but once the order is dispatched and leaves our warehouse, it is impossible to change the order.
 
11. What are your modes of payment you receive?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards that are processed by Paypal and we accept wire transfer. If you would like to send money through wire transfer, please contact us at support@varnacrafts.com
 
12. Is my Credit Card information secure?
We use Paypal to process payments. We do not have any access to your credit card details.
